UK Shipping:

Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days via standard delivery.

International Shipping:

Delivery times range from 4–12 working days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Dispatch:

Place your order before 10 PM (Monday to Saturday) and we’ll dispatch it the same day — getting your gear to you as fast as possible.

At SawBorn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, unsuitable for your needs, or you are simply not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition and packaging wherever possible. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement as appropriate.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for the return to be inspected and processed. Refunds will then be issued to your original payment method, although it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
